The anti UV finishing agent QTG-404 can be used for efficient and long-lasting anti UV finishing of cotton, silk, wool, polyester, nylon and their blends, as well as to improve the light fastness of some dyes.

Performance characteristics

1. The anti UV finishing agent QTG-404 has excellent and durable UV absorption performance, as well as UV blocking and shielding effect. It has good absorption, conversion, reflection, and scattering effects on UV in the 180-400nm band;

2. High affinity with fibers, good thermal stability, extremely high water washing and light stability, and no decrease in effect after repeated washing and strong ultraviolet radiation;

3. Suitable for finishing, coating, printing, spraying, as well as high-temperature absorption and immersion rolling processes;

4. Does not affect color brightness, strength, moisture absorption and breathability, ensuring bright, fresh and natural colors, and comfortable wearing;

Application process

Processes such as rolling, impregnation, coating, printing, and spraying can be used. The dosage varies depending on the processing program and the type, shape, organization, density, and processing purpose being processed, and testing must be conducted before use. Before dilution, it must be thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed. Dilute with warm water, stir well, and then add to the treatment bath.

◆ Immersion rolling process

UV resistant finishing agent QTG-404 15-50g/L

Adhesive 15-50g/L

Dipping and rolling UV resistant solution (rolling residue rate 70%~80%) → Drying (90~110 ℃) → High temperature

Stretching (170~190 ℃ × 30s or 120-130 ℃ × 3-6 minutes)

◆ Impregnation process

Pure polyester and nylon fabrics and yarns:

UV resistant finishing agent QTG-404 2%~6% (o.w.f)

Simultaneously adding the dye to the liquid tank, the process is the same as dyeing with disperse dyes

◆ Coating process

UV resistant finishing agent QTG-404 1%~4%

Coating slurry X%

Bleaching and dyeing of printed fabrics → coating → drying (high-temperature baking or stretching)

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
