The antibacterial agent QT-CTN is an antibacterial finishing agent made by chemically modifying the natural extract of chitin. It has a certain broad-spectrum antibacterial agent and has good antibacterial and antibacterial effects on bacteria and fungi. Features and Uses


1. The five strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Pneumonia, Escherichia coli, Bacillus viridis and MRSA) used by the Fiber Evaluation Technology Association as test strains have good antibacterial effects.


2. Especially polyester fibers can provide good washing durability without the use of formaldehyde crosslinking agents.


3. The color decreases and has little impact on the color and light of white cloth and colored cloth.


4. The impact on hand feel is minimal, solving the problem of some antibacterial agents becoming hard due to the incorporation of crosslinking agents.


[Usage]


The most suitable amount varies depending on the type, organization, weight, and mechanical device of the treated material


A. Dip rolling treatment (dip rolling → drying → baking)


Processing example: soaking and rolling → drying (120 ℃ × 2 ') → Baking (180 ℃ × 30″)

Test bacteria: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans


Antibacterial agent QT-CTN 50g/l


Rolling residual rate: 79%


Drying: 100 ℃ × X points, shaping at 130 ℃ × X points


Antibacterial result: the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli is 98% (antibacterial standard ≥ 70%)


The antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus is 99% (antibacterial standard ≥ 70%)


The antibacterial rate of Candida albicans is 94% (antibacterial standard ≥ 60%)
