Product Introduction

Direct, reactive, and sulfurized dyes have low wet friction fastness when dyeing thick and dark colors on cellulose fibers, especially when the wet friction fastness of black, red, and turquoise blue is often lower than level 3. However, textiles exported to Europe and America require a wet friction fastness of level 3 or above. Our company has developed a wet friction fastness improver specifically for textiles exported to Europe and America.

Performance characteristics

1. Will not damage the fastness of dyed fabrics;

2. Used for fixation treatment after dyeing cellulose fibers with reactive dyes, with excellent effect on improving wet friction fastness, which can be improved by 1-2 levels;

3. No effect on sunlight fastness;

4. It is a reactive product with good washing resistance;

5. The fabric has a soft feel and has no effect on color and light;

6. Free of formaldehyde and APEO, it is an environmentally friendly product;

[Usage]

According to the type and concentration of dyes used, as well as the type and morphology of the treated fabric, the usage is as follows:

1. Impregnation method

Dosage: Booster: 1-4% (o.w.f.) (color depth adjustment); Citric acid: 0.5-1% (o.w.f.) (only for washing water use)

Bath ratio: 1:10-20

Process: dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → impregnation (room temperature, time: 20-30min) → drying (100-120 ℃)

2. Immersion rolling method

Dosage: Booster: 10-40g/L; Citric acid: 0.5-1g/L (add citric acid when the pH of the cloth is high, avoid adding glacial acetic acid)

Process: Dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → Two soaking and two rolling (room temperature, rolling residue rate: 70-80%) → Drying (100-120 ℃)

Attention: 1. This product can only be used alone and cannot be used in the same bath with silicone oil, softeners, fixing agents, especially anionic additives.

2. Before using this product, please control the pH of the cloth surface to be ≤ 7, and clean the salt, alkali, soap, etc. thoroughly.

3. This product is not alkali resistant, and the working fluid should be kept in an acidic state as much as possible, with a pH ≈ 4.5-5.5 range.

4. The prepared working solution is semi transparent lotion at 25 ℃. Please try to use soft water lower than 80PPM. Please use it immediately after preparation.

5. Sample testing should be conducted thoroughly before use, and the above process is for reference only.
