Moisture wicking agent QTG-401 is a multifunctional finishing agent with simple application process, suitable for moisture wicking finishing of fabrics such as cotton, polyester, and polyester cotton blends.

Product Features

1. Strong adaptability, suitable for both rolling, drying, and culture finishing processes, as well as high-temperature dyeing and one bath finishing;

2. Provide polyester and its blended fabrics with easy decontamination, durable breathability, and moisture permeability, accelerating moisture absorption and sweat wicking speed;

3. It has no effect on the color light of colored fabrics;

4. Dyeing and one bath finishing can prevent defects such as creases and chicken feet caused by prolonged compression of polyester in overflow dyeing machines, giving dyed fabrics a loose and soft feel;

5. Especially suitable for knitted sportswear, sports socks, and other fabrics.

[Usage]

High temperature and high pressure dyeing in one bath; Add 2-4% (o.w.f) first, then add other additives and dyes;

Rolling, drying, and cultivating: 10~40g/L, two soaking, two rolling, drying at 90 ℃, and baking at 170 ℃ for 30~60 seconds.

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
