Scouring agent QTQ-105 is mainly used for scouring and penetrating cotton, linen, T/C and other fabrics. Suitable for conventional processes such as desizing, boiling, and bleaching of cotton and blended needle textiles, especially suitable for rapid desizing and scouring processes, ensuring that the treated fabric surface is clean and free of impurities.

QTQ-105 0.5-1.0 g/L QTQ-105 1.0-2.0 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide 7-10 g/l

Sodium carbonate 1.0-2.0g/l chelating dispersant 0.5-1.0g/l

Caustic soda 2 g/L (pH 11)

20 minutes at 60 ℃, 50-60 minutes at 98 ℃

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
