Features and Uses

Application

The optimal amount of non foaming soap oil varies depending on the type, weight, structure, and mechanical type of fabric and material being processed,

Suggested soap washing process:

① Light to medium dark fabric

Dyeing → Hot water washing (60 ℃ × 20min) → Soap washing (60 ℃ × 20min) → Hot water washing (70 ℃ × 20min)

→ Neutralization with peracetic acid → Washing with room temperature water until clear solution → Fixation, post treatment, etc

② Sensitive colors such as bright red, emerald blue, and emerald green, as well as extremely dark fabrics

Dyeing → Hot water washing (80 ℃ × 20min) → Soap washing (80 ℃ × 20min) → Hot water washing (70 ℃ × 20min)

→ Neutralization with peracetic acid → Washing with room temperature water until clear solution → Fixation, post treatment, etc

Suggested amount of soap detergent: 1-2 g/l
