Water plays a crucial role in the dyeing process, and all dyes and additives must be used to dye fibers under the action of a water medium. If the plasma content of calcium and magnesium in water is too high, it will directly affect the dyeing effect of dyes on fibers. Light cases may have a dull color light, heavy cases may have a dark color light, and even there may be color spots and blocks, especially in environments with relatively low rainfall and high calcium and magnesium ion content in spring. This phenomenon is more prominent. Our company's water softener (CT powder) can effectively solve the above problems. If the fabric has a dark or heavy color light after dyeing, the color light will be significantly improved after high-temperature boiling with CT powder.

CT powder characteristics

1. CT powder has excellent water softening ability, and it is also a versatile chelating dispersant that plays an excellent chelating effect on metal ions such as calcium, iron, and magnesium, and has a strong dispersing effect on various impurities.

2. Adding CT powder in various processes of printing and dyeing processing and knitted fabric production can decompose and remove impurities such as calcium, iron deposits, and silicate scale on the equipment, and effectively reduce the hardness of production water.

3. Adding CT powder and oxygen bleaching stabilizer in the pre-treatment of hydrogen peroxide bleaching in the same bath can effectively control the violent decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, prevent the generation of holes, and improve the whiteness and scouring and bleaching uniformity of the fabric, whether it is steam steaming or cold rolling batch process.

4. After printing or dyeing, use CT powder for soap boiling to reduce the hardness of water and effectively remove the floating color of reactive dyes and other dyes, so that the dyed products do not use or use less fixing agents, and thus achieve good dyeing fastness.

1. Used as a softener in the printing and dyeing process

Dosage: 0.3-1.0g/L

2. Brightening and color correction process

Dosage: 1.0-2.0g/L, 100 ℃, 20-50min (the fibers and cloth treated with CT powder should be cleaned thoroughly, and then processed with cationic finishing agent)
