Neutral Hair Eating Agent (Throwing Enzyme)
There is often a layer of fuzz on the surface of cotton fabrics, and traditional treatment methods generally use singeing and mercerization. Although the effect after treatment is relatively ideal. However, quality issues such as streaks and color differences often arise during subsequent dyeing due to unreasonable processes or improper operations. Hair eating agents can catalyze the decomposition of 1,4 glycosidic bonds on cellulose fibers, and have a degradation effect on cellulose. The application of this agent in textile dyeing and finishing is called biopolishing technology. The cotton knitted fabric after biological polishing treatment has the characteristics of smooth surface, clear texture and soft hand feeling, and biological polishing treatment also has a positive effect on improving the dyeing quality of grey cloth. Neutral polishing enzyme (wool eating agent) QTQ-102 is particularly suitable for cotton stretchers, as it has less damage to fibers.
appearance
brown
PH value
6.0~6.5
Ionicity
liquid
Solubility
Easily soluble in water
[Usage]
Enzyme dosage: 0.3-0.5%
PH value: 6.0~6.5
Processing temperature: 55 ℃
Processing time: 90 minutes
【 Precautions 】
1. When using, it is necessary to first reduce the temperature of the dye solution to a suitable temperature, then adjust the pH value, maintain a uniform pH value of the dye solution, and then add an appropriate amount of hair eating agent.
2. QTQ-102 is quite safe to use, non flammable, and completely soluble in water. Enzymes are proteins, and inhalation of their dust or suspended particles can cause allergic reactions to sensitive individuals. Some enzymes can irritate the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes after long-term contact. If stirred vigorously, it will produce dust that is easily inhaled, and any leakage should be washed away with water.
【 Precautions for the use of neutral hair eating agents 】
1. Water ratio: 1: 4-5
2. PH value: 6.0~6.5 (especially important)
3. Speed: 20% slower than dyeing (such as dyeing at 250 rpm, down to 200 rpm)
4. Water flushing pressure: slower, 20% slower than dyeing
5. Water quality: If the metal ion content is high, chelating dispersant 0.1-0.5 g/L needs to be added.
6. In terms of heating up: When heating up to around 55 ℃, first dilute the hair eating agent with clean water in the attached tank before adding it to the tank (remember not to add hair eating agent first before heating up, to avoid heating up too quickly or local temperatures that may affect the enzyme's "activity" and cause it to fail.)
7. Sensitive colors should not be dyed or made with hair (such as emerald blue, brilliant blue, etc.) It is recommended to eat wool before dyeing.
Note: The above suggestions are provided by the current factory and are for reference only.
Storage Packaging
1. Storage: Under storage conditions of 0-25 ℃, the activity can be maintained for at least 3 months. Unfavorable storage conditions gradually reduce the substituent activity and lead to an increase in dosage. Therefore, it is recommended to store at low temperature and seal to avoid direct sunlight.
2. Packaging: 25KG plastic bucket packaging
