Acidic fixing agent

It is a moisture fastness enhancer for acidic dye dyes of polyamide fibers (nylon). Not easily discolored in sunlight and other treatments, with less hand hardening. Especially, this fixing agent has good solubility, low product viscosity, and high work efficiency.

[Features and Uses]

1. For acidic dye dyes of polyamide fibers, it has excellent wet fastness.

2. For polyamide fibers, they are not easily discolored in sunlight and other treatments.

3. Less adverse effects on the physical properties and feel of polyamide fibers.

4. Compared with the original product, this product has excellent solubility, low viscosity, and high work efficiency.

[Usage]

The optimal dosage varies depending on the type, form, dye concentration, dyeing method, and required firmness of the treated material, but is based on the following methods:

Light color 1.0-2.0% o.w.f

Medium color 2.0-3.0% o.w.f

Thick color 3.0-4.0% o.w.f

Treatment bath pH 3.5-4.5 (e.g. acetic acid 0.3-0.5g/l)

70℃boil × 20-30min treatment

[Processing conditions]

Fixing agent treatment (bath ratio 1:10) 70 ℃ × 20 points → water washing → drying (120 ℃ × 2min) → shaping (170 ℃ × 1 point)
