【 Product Introduction 】 Turquoise blue fixing agent is a formaldehyde-free fixing agent used for the post-treatment of reactive, direct, and sulfide dye dyed fabrics. It can significantly improve the various firmness of fabrics, especially developed for turquoise blue dyes.

Product Features

1. The fixed color working fluid has very little color loss, effectively avoiding the occurrence of peeling and color change;

2. The fabric treated with this product has minimal color change and does not affect its original style;

3. The treated fabric has significantly improved its fastness to rubbing, soaping, and sweating;

4. Outstanding alkali resistance, suitable for mercerization process after cotton fixation.

5. Free of formaldehyde, in line with environmental performance;

6. Resistance to chlorine bleaching;

7. It is significantly better for emerald blue dyes than conventional fixing agents.

[Usage]

Before conducting color fixation treatment, please rinse the dyed fabric thoroughly (soap washing if necessary) to remove residual dyes, salts, and alkalis to ensure subsequent color fixation effect.

Recommended general dosage and process:

1. Immersion method:

Fixing agent: 1-6% o.w.f

Temperature&Time: 60 ℃ × 15~20min

Dyed fabric → Immerse in a fixing agent working solution at 60 ℃, run for 15-30 minutes → Wash with water → Dry

2. Dip rolling method:

Fixing agent: 20-60 g/l

Dyed fabric → room temperature, two dip and two roll fixing agent working solution → drying.

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
