Direct dye fixing agent QTR-228 is mainly used for post-treatment of direct and sulfide dye dyed fabrics, which can significantly improve the various firmness of the fabric.

Advantages of direct dye fixing agents

1. The solid color working fluid has very little color loss, and there is a shovel to avoid shallow peeling and color change

2. The color of the fabric treated with direct dye fixing agent QTR-228 decreases without affecting its original style

3. After treatment with direct dye fixing agent QTR-228, the fabric has significantly improved its fastness to rubbing, soaping, and sweating

4. This product does not contain formaldehyde and is environmentally friendly

[Usage]

Before conducting color fixation treatment, please rinse the dyed fabric thoroughly (soap washing if necessary) to remove residual dyes, salts, and alkalis to ensure subsequent color fixation effect.

Recommended general dosage and process:

1. Staining method:

Fixing agent: 1-6% o.w.f

Bath ratio: 1-15-20

Temperature&Time: 30-50 ℃ × 15-20 minutes

Dyed fabric → Immerse in fixing agent working solution at 30-50 ℃, run for 15-30 minutes → Wash with water → Dry

2. Rolling method:

Fixing agent: 20-60g/L

Dyed fabric → room temperature, two dip and two roll fixing agent working solution → drying

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
