Performance characteristics

1. High concentration and high temperature leveling agent QTR-249 has strong dyeing retardancy and excellent transfer performance, which can control the dye uptake rate in the early stage of dyeing and exert excellent leveling effect.

2. Excellent high-temperature dispersion stability ensures no dye condensation during the dyeing process.

3. The special active agent component in the composition can play a role in slowing down dyeing and preventing secondary condensation of dyes during the low temperature stage of dyeing, and has a strong promoting effect during the high temperature stage, improving levelness and increasing color yield.

4. High concentration and high temperature leveling agent QTR-249 is suitable for dyeing polyester cheese yarns. Due to its strong diffusion and transfer properties, it can effectively avoid the problem of inner and outer layer differences in cheese yarns.

5. No fading phenomenon, good synchronous dyeing performance, and good dyeing reproducibility can be obtained.

6. Good polyester oligomer removal ability, and the surface of the dyed fabric is smooth and clean.

Applicable scope

Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of polyester ordinary fabrics and ultra-fine denier fabrics

[Usage]

This product is highly concentrated and is recommended to be diluted before use.

Ultra fine denier fabric: 1.0-1.5% (o.w.f)

Ordinary fabric: 0.5-1.5% (o.w.f)
