Smoothing agent QTH-304 is a stable micro lotion made by mixing and emulsifying various modified silicone materials. According to the difference of lotion with different particle sizes on different fibers, the smoothing agent QTH-304 is mainly used for the hand finishing of wool and its blends, mercerized wool, and synthetic fibers to provide an extremely smooth and comfortable hand feel. The particle size distribution of smoothing agent QTH-304 is very wide, but it adopts a special linking and mixing process, without layering, and has good batch stability.

[Application Method]

Dip rolling method:

Smooth agent QTH-304, 3-5%, dehydrate and dry for 5-10 minutes

Smoothing agent QTH-304 60-100g/L

Drying temperature: 80-100 ℃/1-3min Temperature: 120-150 ℃/30-2

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
