Product Features

1. This product is composed of new functional groups and is the latest type of silicone oil lotion.

2. When it is used for pure cotton, pure cotton stretcher fabric, CVC, Tencel, rayon, modal and other fabrics, it feels soft and comfortable, cool but not greasy, and has good hydrophilicity and breathability, while it also has a good feel on other fiber fabrics.

3. The product has good chemical stability, does not bleach oil, does not stick to rollers, and becomes smaller and yellow after use.

4. It can be used alone or in combination with other softeners, and when used in the same bath with anionic hardeners, a small trial is required.

[Application Method]

Impregnation method:

Usage: 4% -8% of fabric weight

Temperature: 30-40 ℃

Time: 20-30min Drying at 110 ℃

Immersion method:

Dosage: 50-100g/L, room temperature, one dip, one roll or two dip, two rolls, dried at 110 ℃

Storage Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.

2. Polyethylene plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, each 125KG.
