Polyester whitening agent QTP is a new type of product with superior performance compared to other whitening agents. After use, the fabric has a pure whiteness, no yellowing, high fastness to sunlight, and the characteristic of low dosage, which can improve the printing and dyeing quality of the fabric and reduce costs. Polyester whitening agent QTP is stable to sodium chlorous acid and hydrogen peroxide, non-toxic, safe and reliable in use, and is an environmental friendly whitening agent.
[Purpose]
Polyester whitening agent QTP is mainly used for whitening and brightening polyester and polyester cotton, polyester yarn, polyester linen, polyester wool and other blended fabrics, and can also be used for whitening chemical fiber plastics. Suitable for pad dyeing, high-temperature and high-pressure impregnation, especially for low-temperature adsorption (impregnation) and high-temperature setting processes.
[Usage]
1. High temperature and high pressure impregnation method:
Dosage: 0.1-0.5% (relative to fabric weight)
Bath ratio: 1:10-12
Dyeing temperature: 120~130 ℃
Dyeing time: 30-60 minutes
PH value: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
2. Low temperature adsorption impregnation method:
Dosage: 0.1-0.5% (relative to fabric weight)
Bath ratio: 1:10-12
Dyeing temperature: 100 ℃
Dyeing time: 30 minutes
PH value: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Process flow: Add polyester whitening agent (pure white) QTP and additives (sodium sulfate 1-2%, pH adjusted with glacial acetic acid) and fabric to the dyeing bath at room temperature → heat up to 100 ℃, dye for 30 minutes → wash with water → dehydrate and pre bake (100 ℃) → set and bake (175-190 ℃, 30-40 seconds).
【 Precautions 】
1. Before use, shake thoroughly and weigh accurately to ensure uniform and stable quality of the whitening product.
2. If the suspended sediment layer is found, it can be used by shaking evenly without affecting the use effect.
3. If you want to improve the whiteness, you should pay attention to using it within the yellowing point of this product, pad dyeing ≤ 6 g/L, and dip dyeing ≤ 0.7% (relative to the fabric)
