Description

Multi-functional Silicone Oil is a next-generation, ultra-stable, universal hydrophilic and wash-durable silicone oil. Through innovative molecular design and the incorporation of antibacterial active ingredients, it imparts long-lasting hydrophilic and antibacterial effects to treated fabrics, along with a delicate, soft, and smooth hand feel, skin-friendly comfort, and a silky cooling sensation. It is an ideal choice for enhancing the overall quality of fabrics.

pH value: 4.5–6.5

Application Methods

Dilution concentration and dosage should be adjusted according to the desired hand feel.

1.Exhaustion process:

  Dosage: 1–3% (o.w.f.)

  Temperature: Room temperature

  Time: 10–20 min, then dewater and dry.

2.Padding process:

  Dosage: 10–30 g/L

  Application: one-dip one-pad or two-dip two-pad.

The specific process should be based on your existing mill procedures.

Precautions

1. Laboratory trials should be conducted beforehand to determine the optimal dosage.  

2. When using in combination with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests in advance.

Storage & Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well‑ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packaging: Polyethylene plastic drum with inner plastic liner, 125 kg net per drum.
