Acidic Neutralizing Soaping Agent
Description
Acidic Neutralizing Soaping Agent used to remove hydrolyzed dyes, unfixed dyes, and other impurities adhering to fibers. Compliant with EU/US quality standards for soaping auxiliaries. APEO-free and inorganic-acid-free. Neutralizes and buffers pH in the soaping bath to maintain neutrality, eliminating one rinsing step and one weak acid neutralization process. Reduces wastewater treatment load, conserves water, and lowers dyeing costs.
Properties
Composition: Blend of specialty surfactants
Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid
pH value: 2.0±1.0
Solubility: Fully soluble in cold water
Key Features
1.Suitable for post-dyeing soaping of cotton, viscose, and their blends after reactive dyeing.
2.Effectively neutralizes alkalinity on fabric surfaces and in solutions while removing unfixed dyes, enhancing dye fastness.
3.Preserves original shade and light fastness after soaping.
4.Low-foaming for compatibility with all machine types.
Application Method
Recommended batch process dosage: 1.0–3.0 g/L (80°C×20 min)
Process Advantage: Simplified workflow vs. traditional soaping
Process Comparison:
Conventional Process:
Dyeing (60°C) → Hot rinsing → Rinsing → Acid neutralization → Soaping (80°C×20 min) → Rinsing
Neutralizing Soaping Agent Process:
Dyeing (60°C) → Hot rinsing → Soaping (80°C×20 min) → Rinsing
Note: Optimize parameters based on existing mill conditions.
Precautions
1.Conduct lab trials to determine optimal dosage.
2.Perform compatibility tests before combining with other finishing agents.
Packaging & Storage
1.Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Protect from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.
2.PE drums, 125 kg/drum.
