Description

Silkfeel Softening Paste‌‌ is a premium softening agent for cotton and blended fabrics. Imparts full, soft, and slippery-smooth hand feel with minimal impact on fabric whiteness or shade. Yields silk-like softness, smoothness, and fullness while maintaining moderate hydrophilicity.

Application Scopes‌

1.Finishing mills:‌ Softening treatment for cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic fibers/yarns/fabrics.

2.Garment washing plants:‌ Denim, washed fabrics, knitwear; suitable for stone/enzyme washes to achieve soft bulkiness.

3.Knit processing:‌ Pre-setting softener treatment enhances width stability during tentering.

Application Methods‌

1.Dissolution Procedure:

Add paste to 10x cold water at 40–50°C under agitation. Dilute to working concentration.

Directly applicable in dyeing baths.

2.Recommended Parameters:

Padding:‌ 5–10 g/L, 30–40°C; Two-dip-two-nip or one-dip-one-nip

Exhaust:‌ 1.0% (o.w.f), 1:10–15 bath ratio, 40–50°C, 15–30 min

Optimize based on mill conditions.
