Acidic Soaping Agent

Description

Acidic Soaping Agent is a textile dyeing and finishing auxiliary formulated with special high-molecular compounds. It is specifically designed for anti-stain soaping of printed fabrics (e.g., nylon, silk, wool, natural fiber fabrics) and for removing loose color after dyeing. Printed fabrics treated with this agent show bright color shades, no cross-staining between different colors, and good color fastness. It is an excellent soaping agent for dyeing and printing.

Key Features‌

Application Methods

Application Method‌: Add Acidic Soaping Agent directly into the dyeing machine for treatment.

Dosage‌: 1–3 g/L

Process Sequence‌:

For Dyed Fabrics‌:

Dyeing → Hot water wash (70–80°C) → Drain → Drying

For Printed Fabrics‌:

Printing → Steam fixation → Water wash (30–40°C, 10 min) → Drain → Water wash (30–40°C, 10 min) → Drain → Water wash (30–40°C, 10 min) → Drain → Fixing agent treatment (20 min) → Drain → Drying

Note‌: Addition of 2 g/L soda ash improves performance.

Process parameters should be adjusted according to your facility’s existing protocols.

Precautions‌

1.Conduct preliminary lab trials to determine optimal dosage.

2.If used in combination with other finishing agents, conduct compatibility tests beforehand.

Storage & Packaging

1.Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2.Packed in polyethylene (PE) plastic drums, 125 kg/drum.
