Antibacterial and Odor-Preventing Finishing Agent
Description
The primary components of this antibacterial and odor-preventing finishing agent are metal oxides, silicate minerals, and antimicrobial active substances. It delivers excellent antibacterial efficacy and odor-inhibiting performance.
Its superior odor prevention results from a dual mechanism: physical adsorption by porous materials and chemical adsorption by amphoteric acid-salt substances. Furthermore, the agent contains highly active antimicrobial components, ensuring outstanding antibacterial performance.
Properties
Composition: Blend of metal oxides, silicate minerals, anionic surfactants, etc.
Appearance: White suspension
pH Value: 7 ± 1
Ionicity: Weakly anionic
Key Features
1.Aqueous dispersion with thixotropic system, high stability, and easy application.
2.Particularly effective against sweat odor components such as ammonia, acetic acid, and isovaleric acid.
3.Also exhibits good anti-odor performance against body odor components such as nonenal.
4.Demonstrates excellent antibacterial properties.
5.Durable anti-odor and antibacterial finishing can be achieved by using a binder.
Application Method
Recommended dosage of Polybiguanide Antibacterial Agent:
1.Padding Process:
Dosage: 20-50g/L
Process: Pad (pick-up 70-80%) → Dry → Cure
2.Exhaustion Process:
Dosage: 5-8% o.w.f.
Process: Immerse (60°C×20min) → Drain → Rinse → Dry
Note: Processing parameters should be optimized according to specific production conditions.
Precautions
1.This product is thixotropic. While stable, ensure thorough stirring prior to use.
2.Dilution may cause sedimentation of active ingredients. Stir diluted solutions vigorously before application.
3.Prepare working solutions immediately before use to ensure treatment uniformity and accuracy.
4.Prior to treatment, confirm suitability and necessary testing procedures based on specific requirements.
5.Color changes on treated fabrics may occur. Preliminary testing is essential to determine potential effects.
Packaging & Storage
1.Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from direct sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.
2.Packaged in polyethylene (HDPE) drums, 25 kg/drum.
