Description

This Rapid dyeing repair agent is specifically developed for disperse dyeing of polyester fabrics. It possesses excellent dye-promoting and migration properties, capable of replacing various traditional dyeing auxiliaries to achieve multiple functions in a single agent. It significantly accelerates the dyeing rate of disperse dyes, enhances dye uptake, effectively reduces the residual amount of unexhausted dyes in the bath, and minimizes dye loss. It precisely addresses common dyeing defects prone to occur on polyester fabrics, such as color spots, stains, and unevenness, while also providing a corrective effect on existing color spots and stains, thereby substantially improving the first-pass yield. By shortening dyeing time (compared to conventional processes), reducing energy consumption, and decreasing pollutant discharge in dyeing wastewater, it balances production efficiency with environmental requirements.

This Rapid dyeing repair agent is also highly suitable for reprocessing polyester fabrics that exhibit unevenness or color spots after disperse dyeing. It features excellent dispersing properties, preventing the aggregation of disperse dye particles and crystal growth. After reprocessing, the shade remains largely unchanged, as it facilitates the re-adsorption of migrated dyes back onto the fiber, minimizing impact on the final color. The product is free from phosphorus, halogens, and APEO, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.

Application Method

Recommended Process:

When used as a leveling agent: Dilute 3-4 times with water.

When used as a Rapid dyeing repair agent: Dilute 2 times with water.

Precautions

2. Observe personal protective measures. Do not smoke, drink, or eat during handling to prevent accidental ingestion.

3. Use promptly after opening the package. Ensure proper sealing for any unused product.

4. Long-term storage after dilution is not recommended.
