Eco-Friendly Phenol-Freel Acid Fixing Agent (Acid Adjustment-Free) QT-600-2 is a fixing processing agent for fibers dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes) on wool, nylon (polyamide), silk, leather, etc. After treatment, the dyed materials significantly improve in wash fastness and perspiration fastness.

Application Method‌

For immersion process, it is recommended to pass through alkali after fixing, neutralize, and then unload the tank to prevent fixing spots.

Bath Ratio:‌ 1:10~15

Temperature & Time:‌ 85℃ × 20~30 min (adjust temperature and time based on lab testing)
