Description

Non-Bisphenol S Acid Fixing Agent (Acid-Adjustment Free) QT-600-1 is used for the fixation treatment of nylon fabrics dyed with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, and can achieve excellent moisture fastness that conventional fixing agents cannot match.

Key Features

1. Suitable for microfine nylon and its blended elastic fabrics with spandex.

2. Has no impact on dyed shade and light fastness, and does not affect fabric hand feel.

3. Improves dye competition in the dyeing of wool/nylon blended fabrics.

4. Enhances dye levelness of nylon/cellulose fiber blended fabrics.

5. Eliminates the need for pH adjustment.

6. Free of Bisphenol S (BPS).

Application Method

Rinse the dyed fabrics thoroughly, as residual cationic or non-ionic leveling agents may impair the effectiveness of the fixing agent.

Recommended Process:

Exhaust Method:

Medium Shades: 1~2% (o.w.f)

Dark Shades: 2~3% (o.w.f)

Liquor Ratio: 1:5~10

Temperature & Time: 80℃ × 20min

Precautions

1. Conduct a lab-scale test first to determine the appropriate dosage.

2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform a compatibility test in advance.

Storage & Packaging

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place; protect from direct sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, 125KG per drum.
