Anti-fibrillation Finishing Agent
Description
The Anti-fibrillation Finishing Agent is a textile auxiliary used to address the fibrillation problem of Lyocell fiber caused by mechanical friction in the wet state. Lyocell fabrics are prone to fibrillation during dyeing, leading to a frosted appearance and poor wash durability in garments after repeated laundering. This agent primarily functions by forming crosslinking bonds between fibers via molecular bridging technology, thereby reducing fibrillation.
Properties
Composition: Special organic polymer
Appearance: Beige and taupe mixed powder
Ionicity: Anionic
Solubility: Readily soluble in water
Key Features
1. Fibrillation Inhibition: Prevents fabric whitening, pilling, and strength loss caused by fibrillation, enhancing durability.
2. Improved Fabric Performance: Significantly enhances the wash resistance and abrasion resistance of Lyocell fabrics. Reduces color change issues due to fibrillation, extending fabric service life.
3. Reduced Fuzz & Pilling: Markedly reduces surface fuzz and pilling, improving fabric appearance and hand feel.
4. Enhanced Softness & Smoothness: Imparts greater softness and smoothness to the fabric, improving comfort.
5. Dye Protection: Minimizes dye damage during processing, preserving fabric color fastness.

Note: Specific process parameters should be optimized according to your existing mill conditions.
Precautions
1. Minor Caking: Minor caking does not affect performance.
2. Storage: Store in a dry environment. Seal the container tightly after each use of unused product.
3. Compatibility: If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, conduct compatibility tests beforehand.
Storage & Packaging
1. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 12 months when tightly sealed.
2. Packaging: Woven polypropylene bags, 20 kg/bag.
