Description‌

Anionic Scouring Agent‌ effectively removes hydrolyzed dyes, unfixed dyes, and other impurities adhered to fibers. It is suitable for scouring printed or dyed fabrics using reactive, sulfur, vat, direct, or disperse dyes. Qiantai Chemical's anionic scouring agents is free from APEO, inorganic acids, and other restricted chemicals, complying with EU/US regulatory requirements for safety and environmental sustainability.

Application Method‌

Note: Concentrated product - dilute 1:2-2.5 (product) before use

Standard dosage: 1.0–3.0 g/L (after dilution)

Soaping temperature: 95–100°C

Soaking time: 20–30 min

Recommended Sequence:‌

Dyeing → Hot rinse (60°C × 20 min) → Soaping (95-100°C × 20-30 min) → Hot rinse (70°C × 20 min) → Acetic acid neutralization → Cold rinse to clear

Note: Optimize based on existing mill conditions.
