Acidic Leveling Agent‌ is a eco-friendly textile auxiliary with excellent leveling and migrating effects for acid dyes and metal complex dyes, ensuring uniform coloration, vibrant shades, and good color fastness without discoloration. Free from formaldehyde and APEO,it meets eco-compliance standards.

Key Features‌

Application Methods‌

Note: This is a high-concentration product, recommended to dilute 2-4 times before use.

Standard dosage: 0.15-2.0% o.w.f (dosage decreases with darker shades).

1.As a leveling agent‌:

Dosage: 0.5-2% o.w.f (adjust based on fiber type, dye category, and color depth)

Process flow:

① Add fabric, process for 2-3 minutes

② Add leveling agent, circulate for 5-10 minutes

③ Adjust pH value

④ Add dyes, circulate for 5-10 minutes

⑤ Heat to 98°C (1-2°C/min heating rate), maintain for 30-60 minutes

⑥ Cool to 40°C, rinse

2.As a reducing cleanser‌:

Dosage: 1-2g/L (use with sodium hydrosulfite and caustic soda)

Process: Treat at 85°C for 20 minutes
