Cotton Leveling Agent

Description‌

This cotton leveling agent is designed for dyeing with reactive, direct, sulfur, and vat dyes, significantly enhancing the first-quality yield rate. It combines multiple functionalities including water softening, leveling, dispersion, and retarding action. The product delivers excellent leveling effects even with sensitive shades of various reactive dyes, while simultaneously functioning as a water softener, chelating agent, and leveling agent.

Key Features‌

2. Solubilizing Power:‌ Enhances dye solubility for reactive and direct dyes, promoting a molecularly dispersed state in the dyebath. This prevents dye aggregation and facilitates deeper penetration into the fiber structure.

3. Excellent Dispersion & Solubilization:‌ Effectively prevents dye agglomeration, thereby minimizing dyeing defects like unevenness, specks, and stains caused by salt or alkali addition during the process.

4. Reduces Shade Variations:‌ Minimizes inner/outer layer differences in yarn dyeing and eliminates left-center-right shade variations in jig or continuous dyeing.

Application Methods‌

The dosage of Cotton Leveling Agent varies with fabric type, machinery used, and processing conditions.

The following recommended dosages can be adjusted by customers according to actual situations:

1.Exhaust dyeing:

Dosage: 0.5-2.5% (o.w.f)

Liquor ratio: 1:8-12

Process: Scoured and bleached semi-finished products → Add leveling agent first at room temperature, run for 5-10 minutes → Dye according to the dyeing process of different dyes → Post-treatment.  

2.Jigger dyeing:

Dosage: 3-5g/L

Process: Scoured and bleached semi-finished products → Add leveling agent first at room temperature, run for 5-10 minutes → Dye according to the dyeing process of different dyes → Post-treatment.  

3. Pad dyeing:

Dosage: 6-12g/L

Process: Scoured and bleached semi-finished products → Impregnate in dye working solution → Dye according to the dyeing process of different dyes → Post-treatment.

Note: Specific process parameters should be optimized based on the user's existing dyeing procedures.

Precautions‌‌

1. Laboratory Sample Testing:‌ Conduct preliminary lab tests to determine the optimal dosage before bulk application.

2. Compatibility Testing:‌ If used in combination with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests beforehand.

Packaging & Storage‌‌

1. Storage:‌ Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from direct sunlight and rain/moisture. Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture.

2. Packaging:‌ Heavy-duty polyethylene (PE) plastic drum. Net weight: 125 kg/drum.
