Description

Deepening Silicone Oil (Blue Light) is suitable for deepening and brightening finishing of dark-colored fabrics. It exhibits particularly remarkable deepening and brightening effects on dark black dyed fabrics such as reactive black and sulfur black. After treatment, the color depth of fabrics is significantly enhanced, with the hue showing a blue tint, while also imparting a smooth and fine hand feel.

Application Method‌

Recommended Pad-Dry-Cure Process:

Dosage:‌ 50–80 g/L

Pick-up Rate:‌ 70%–80%

‌Process: Dilute working solution → Single dip and nip (70–80% pick-up) → Dry & cure at 150°C

Note: Optimize parameters based on existing mill conditions.
