Description‌

Formaldehyde-Free Fixing Agent suitable for fixation of reactive, direct, and sulfur dyes on dyed yarns and fabrics. Significantly improves washing fastness of the substrate. Minimizes color bleeding into the treatment bath, effectively preventing dye stripping and shade change. Free from APEO and formaldehyde. Safe and eco-friendly.

Key Features‌

1. Used in pad applications on cotton, significantly improves hot water immersion fastness compared to conventional fixatives.

2. Suitable for exhaust (immersion) applications on yarns and fabrics.

3. Minimal color bleeding into the treatment bath, effectively prevents dye stripping and shade alteration.

4. Significantly improves fastness properties of treated yarns/fabrics, including soaping fastness  and perspiration fastness.

5. APEO-free and formaldehyde-free. Meets international ecological standards.

Application Methods‌

Recommended Processes:‌

1. Exhaustion:‌

Process: Immersion (Constant temperature 60°C × 20 min) → Drain → Rinse → Dry

Dosage: 1% – 3% (o.w.f.)

2. Padding:‌

Process: Pad at room temperature (Single dip and nip, pickup 70–80%) → Dry → Cure

Dosage: 20 – 30 g/L

Final parameters and dosage should be optimized based on dye concentration, dyeing properties, and specific mill conditions.

Precautions‌

1. Laboratory trials must be conducted to determine optimal dosage.

2. Compatibility tests are essential before using in combination baths with other finishing agents.

Storage & Packaging‌

1. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.

2. Packed in polyethylene drums, 125 kg/drum.
