Four-in-One Scouring Enzyme
Description
Four-in-One Scouring Enzyme is a novel, eco-friendly, and highly efficient pre-treatment agent, representing a significant advancement over traditional caustic soda processes. This product minimizes fiber damage and reduces weight loss (3-5% less compared to traditional processes), while significantly enhancing whiteness, wicking property, and hydrophilicity. It improves dyeability and leveling properties. Easy to rinse off, it reduces washing cycles and simplifies operation. Integrating emulsification, oil removal, chelation, and penetration functions, it reduces the need for other auxiliary agents.
Properties
Composition: Complex of high-efficiency enzymes
Appearance: White fine granules with minor transparent flakes
pH Value: 10 ± 1 (0.1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: Easily soluble in water at ambient temperature
Key Features
1. Enhanced Whiteness & Wicking: Significantly improves whiteness and capillarity/wicking properties of viscose, cotton, and their blends or interwoven fabrics after treatment.
2. Reduced Fiber Damage & Weight Loss: Prevents excessive fiber damage and minimizes weight loss.
3. Improved Dyeability & Leveling: Enhances dye uptake uniformity (leveling) and overall dyeability.
4. High Chelating Power: Reduces the negative impact of calcium, magnesium, and other metal ions present in water on pre-treatment and subsequent dyeing processes.
Application Methods
For pre-treatment of cotton, cotton blends, yarns, and packages.
1. Cotton Knits, Yarns, Cone Yarns:
Dosage:
Four-in-One Scouring Enzyme: 1 - 3g/L
H₂O₂ (30%): 1 - 3g/L
2. Viscose Knits, Yarns:
Dosage:
4-in-1 Scouring Enzyme: 1 - 3g/L
H₂O₂ (30%): 0 - 3 g/L (Adjust based on desired fabric whiteness)
General Process Parameters:
Liquor Ratio: 1:10 - 1:15
Temperature: 95 - 100°C
Time: 50 - 60 minutes
Process Sequence:
Add Scouring Enzyme to vessel Circulate→Heat to 50-60°C → Add H₂O₂ → Circulate while heating to 100°C.
Hold at 100°C for 50-60 minutes → Drain→ Hot Rinse (60°C, once) → Drain→ Process with Catalase for 10-15 minutes → Proceed to dyeing.
Note: Final process parameters should be optimized based on your existing mill conditions.
Precautions
1. Lab Testing Essential: Conduct preliminary laboratory trials to determine optimal dosage.
2. Compatibility Testing: If used in combination with other finishing agents within the same bath, perform compatibility tests beforehand.
Storage & Packaging
1. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from direct sunlight and rain/moisture. Shelf Life: 6 months.
2. Packaging: Polyethylene woven bags, 25 kg per bag.
