Penetrating Scouring Agent
Description
Penetrating Scouring Agent exhibits outstanding penetration capability, enabling rapid chemical ingress into the fiber interior. It boasts excellent emulsifying, dispersing, and scouring properties, effectively breaking down and removing impurities such as natural waxes and oils adhered to fibers through emulsification, dispersion, and washing. This process significantly enhances the cleanliness, whiteness, and wickability of grey fabrics/yarns post-scouring, ultimately improving the quality of finished textiles.
Properties
Composition: Specialty surfactant blend
Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid
pH Value: 7±0.5
Ionicity: Nonionic
Solubility: Highly water-soluble
Key Features
1. Powerful wetting, emulsification, and oil-removal capabilities.
2. Maintains effective penetration in acidic, alkaline, and neutral environments.
3. Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, oxidizers, hard water, and metal ions. Compatible with most surfactants, synthetic resins, and bio-enzymes.
4. For wool processing: Leaves no residue, prevents yellowing, imparts softness. Accelerates carbonization kinetics when added to carbonizing baths, reducing acid consumption by 15-30%.
Application Method
Recommended concentration: 0.5–2.0 g/L
(Adjust dosage as needed based on practical requirements)
Apply via standard:
Degreasing / Scouring / Dyeing protocols
Process parameters shall prevail over your existing mill conditions.
Precautions
1. Conduct laboratory trials for dosage optimization.
2. Verify compatibility before mixing with other auxiliaries.
Packaging & Storage
1. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, ventilated area; protect from sunlight and moisture. Shelf Life: 6 months.
2. Packaging: Polyethylene drum, 125 kg/drum.
