Description‌

Chlorine Resistant Fixing Agent suitable for improving the chlorine bleach fastness of cellulose fibers dyed with reactive dyes, as well as nylon, rabbit hair, and other acid-dyed fabrics and prints. Effectively prevents active chlorine from damaging the dyes on fabrics, significantly enhances the chlorine color fastness of nylon, cotton, and polyester-cotton dyed and printed fabrics, with minimal impact on fabric color and handle. Free from restricted substances such as APEO and formaldehyde, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Application Methods

1. Pad Bath Method (Recommended)

• Light shades: 15–20 g/L

• Dark shades: 30–50 g/L

• Process: One dip and one nip, pick-up 70–80%

• Curing: 150°C × 60–100 s

2. Exhaustion Method

• Light shades: 0.5–2% o.w.f.

• Medium to dark shades: 3–5% o.w.f.

• Process: 40–50°C × 20 min, followed by dewatering and drying

Adjustments should be made according to the specific process or hand feel requirements of the customer.

Precautions

1. Use personal protective equipment. Do not smoke, drink, or eat during handling to avoid accidental ingestion.

2. Use promptly after opening. Reseal tightly if not fully used.

3. Do not store diluted solutions for extended periods.

Storage & Packaging‌

1.Store in cool, dry, ventilated area. Protect from sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.
