Wash-Resistant Fixing Agent
Description
Wash-Resistant Fixing Agent suitable for the after-treatment of fabrics dyed with reactive, direct, sulfur, and disperse dyes, as well as polyester fibers. Significantly improves the water soaking fastness of fabrics. Particularly effective for enhancing the wash fastness and wash/rub fastness of cotton, polyester, and polyester/cotton (P/C) dyed fabrics. This formaldehyde-free product offers a safe and eco-friendly solution. Applicable for fixation via padding or exhaustion processes on cotton and blended fabrics, as well as for yarn fixation.

Key Features
1. Significantly improves the soaping and hot water fastness of polyester and P/C dyed fabrics compared to standard fixing agents.
2. Minimal color bleeding in the working solution, effectively preventing color stripping and shade change.

4. Significantly enhances the wash and rub fastness (at room temperature) of cotton, polyester, and P/C dyed fabrics compared to standard agents.

Application Methods
Can be added directly to the dyeing machine for softener/finishing combination baths.
Recommended Procedures:
1. Padding Method:
Process: Pad application (Single dip and nip, 70-80% pick-up) → Dry → Cure
Dosage: 20 - 30g/L
2. Exhaustion Method:
Process: Immersion (60°C × 20 min, constant temperature) → Drain → Rinse → Dry
Dosage: 1% - 3% o.w.f. (on weight of fabric)
Note: Specific application parameters should be optimized according to existing mill procedures.
Precautions
1. Conduct laboratory trials beforehand to determine the optimal dosage for specific conditions.
2. If used in combination with other finishing agents in the same bath, perform compatibility tests first.
Storage & Packaging
1. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life: 6 months.
2. Packaged in polyethylene plastic drums, 125 kg/drum.
