Fixing Agent for Polyester/Cotton is suitable for fixing dyed substrates and fibers treated with reactive, direct, and sulfur dyes. It significantly improves the water-soaking fastness of fabrics, with particularly enhanced efficacy on polyester/cotton blended fibers and their fabrics (T/C, CVC).

Application Methods‌

1. Padding Method:‌

Recommended Process: Pad at room temperature (one dip-one nip, pick-up 70–80%) → Dry → Cure

Recommended Dosage: 20–30g/L

2. Exhaustion Method:‌

Recommended Process: Immersion (60°C × 20 min, constant temperature) → Drain → Rinse → Dry

Recommended Dosage: 1%–3% o.w.f.

1.‌ Testing:‌ Conduct preliminary lab trials to determine the optimal dosage.

2. Compatibility:‌ Perform compatibility tests prior to using in a bath with other finishing agents.
