Description

Qiantai Chemical Color-Changing Fixing Agent‌ is primarily used for the aftertreatment of fabrics dyed with reactive, direct, and sulfur dyes. It significantly improves various fastness properties of the fabric, alters the shade, and can serve as a shade-adjusting auxiliary. Its effectiveness in boosting fastness is particularly notable for blue-green color ranges.

Application Methods‌
Reference process for Color-Changing Fixing Agent:

1. Exhaustion Process‌
Dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f.)
pH: 5
Temperature: 40~60°C
Time: 15~30 minutes

2. Padding Process‌
(Compatible with silicone softeners in same bath; conduct compatibility test prior to use)
Process: Pad → Dry → Cure
Dosage: 20~40g/L

Packaging & Storage‌
